    Susan P. Milder
    DVM

    Susan Milder graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. She has since practiced and developed a loyal clientele in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, including her work at Chatsworth Veterinary Center for more than two decades. Dr. Milder's professional memberships include the American Veterinary Medical Association, California Veterinary Medical Association, Southern California Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association. This Detroit native, raised in Ohio, is down to earth, direct and enthusiastic about her work, which is rooted in a deep love for, and commitment to, animals and their people. "I treat every patient as I would my own pet." "Dr. Suzi," as her longtime clients refer to her, has appeared on NBC television, and has made presentations to the public and other veterinarians regarding a variety of veterinary topics. She has also worked with several pet rescue and adoption organizations. Her pet family includes three black & white (color coordination unplanned) dogs: Maggie, Pooch and Jack (Jack and Maggie are rescues), as well as a visiting group of cats, ranging from four to seven on any given morning, who sit on the patio talking with each other loudly before breakfast.

  • Christopher Schneider
    DVM

    Christopher Schneider grew up in Wisconsin and received his bachelor's and DVM from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to starting at Chatsworth he has spent the past 5 years practicing Veterinary Medicine in Las Vegas and Thousand Oaks. Dr. Schneider presently lives in the valley with his wife and his 8 rescued cats and dogs. He enjoys watching classical movies as well as collecting classical movie memorabilia, hiking with the dogs, traveling and has a history of showing rabbits. Dr. Schneider's special interests include complex internal medicine cases, dermatology, feline medicine and behavior. Dr. Schneider is excited to continue his career at Chatsworth Veterinary Center with a team that is dedicated to making every pet and their family happy and comfortable, "from head to tail".

    Pryanka Thakkar

    Priyanka grew up in Reseda, California, and has been involved in the veterinary field since the age of 15, first as a volunteer, and eventually as a doctor. She has a strong interest in emergency and critical care. She graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in May 2011. She then completed a comprehensive Internship at Animal Specialty Group in Glendale. She is an overnight emergency veterinarian at Veterinary Specialist of the Valley. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her husband and very cute mixed breed dog, Monkey-Joben.

  • Ronni, Veterinary Receptionist

    Ronni is a veteran Veterinary Receptionist. She has an easygoing sense of humor and quick wit. She has two terrific sons, Jared 24, in college, and Jonathan, 26, a business manager. Her pet family includes two dogs, Ginger, a cute little Beagle who is great at client relations, and Shirley, a 'Jug' (mix of Pug and Jack Russell), as well as a horse named Jack. Oh, and by the way, she also has a husband, Vere.

  • Christina (CC), Senior Receptionist

    Senior Receptionist, Christina, affectionately nicknamed CC, has seventeen years of experience in the veterinary field, having started out as a Kennel Attendant. She’s professional, caring and experienced enough to be seen as one of the leaders of the reception staff. She’s busy at home, too, with four children — three daughters and a son: Vanessa, (a Kennel Attendant at CVC), Kristian, Raul, Jr. and Lil Patti. Her pet family includes two Pit Bulls, Coco and Bullet, as well as Shepherd/Chow, Grizzlee.

  • LInda, Receptionist

    Receptionist Linda has worked in the veterinary field since 2009, and can always be counted on to greet clients and patients with a cheerful attitude and that wonderful smile. She has two young children: Edward, Jr. and Leslie-Alizayah. Linda enjoys horseback riding

  • Alyssa, Receptionist

    Receptionist, Alyssa, is new to the veterinary industry, but you’d never know it: she’s professional, thorough and unflappable — with a great attitude and sense of humor. If she’s helping you, you’re in good hands. AND she is ALWAYS looking for new things to learn and more things to do. She’s a graduate of CSUN and currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technician Program at Pierce College. Alyssa’s pet family includes Chihuahua, Roly, Beagle/Lab, Shiloh - and Terrier Mix, Suzi.

  • Jean, Senior Veterinary Technician

    Senior Technician Jean received her RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) Certificate from Pierce College. She's married to Bill, and has two sons, Keith and Richard. Her pet family includes two cats, Asia and Micah, as well as 'grand dogs' (her sons' 'kids'), Niko and Lulu. When she's not working, Jean enjoys kayaking. Her last adventure was paddling through sea caves around Anacapa Island.

  • Terry, Zeleny

    Terry is a Senior Registered Veterinary Technician. She has had over twenty years of experience, almost all of it in the San Fernando Valley. She has three cats: Nibbles, Midnight Baby and Lucy Liu. She is married to Jack and has one beautiful daughter, Shannen. In her free time, Terry likes to read fiction, and is an avid Angels fan.

  • Erin, Veterinary Technician

    Erin is an experienced and talented Veterinary Technician, who has recently joined our team. In this picture, Little Boe gives her his seal of approval, and that's good enough for us. Welcome, Erin!

  • Carmen, Kennel Attendant

    Carmen has been a key part of our kennel team for many years. Her experience, gentleness and love for pets are much appreciated.

    Vanessa is a 'second generation' CVC employee. Her mom, CC, is a Senior Receptionist. Her energy and great attitude are truly winning. AND, if she ever DOES misbehave, momma CC will put her in a timeout.
